Reach cultural enthusiasts and tourists through Art-i-facts Magazine, the cultural arts publication of the Polk Arts Alliance.  Each issue of Art-i-facts has a distribution of at least 10,000.   Magazine Deadlines/Publication Dates/Advertising Specifications and Rates:
  • The upcoming Art-i-facts Magazine submission deadlines for Fall 2026 through Summer 2027.
    • FALL ISSUE | Deadline: July 31, 2026. The Fall issue of the magazine is the most comprehensive magazine for the year, and should include recurring events, exhibitions, performances, and season event calendar items occurring from Sept 2026 – Nov 2026. This issue can also include a preview of your entire 2026-2027 Season. 2026-2027 Season updates can be made in subsequent issues (see upcoming deadlines).
    • WINTER / HOLIDAY ISSUE | Deadline: Oct 30, 2026. This is should include recurring events, theatre performances, exhibitions, and season event calendar items occurring from Dec 1, 2026 – Feb 28, 2027.
    • SPRING ISSUE | Deadline: Jan 27, 2027. This should include recurring events, theatre performances, exhibitions, and season event calendar items occurring from Mar 1 – May 31, 2027.
    • SUMMER ISSUE | Deadline: Apr 30, 2027. This should include recurring events, theatre performances, exhibitions, and season event calendar items occurring from Jun 1 – Aug 31, 2027.
  • Submission Info for Cultural Arts Council member nonprofit arts organizations (articles, features, calendar entries, photos, advertising, etc).
  • Front cover, feature and calendar photo submissions.
  • View previous reminder emails with additional “how to” information.
Pick up Art-i-facts magazine at Polk Museum of Art, RP Funding Center, Central Florida Visitors Center in Davenport, Chambers of Commerce in Polk County, many libraries, as well as the arts and cultural venues around Polk County.
