The Kids Tag Art (KTA) program, created to inspire fifth graders throughout Polk County in the arts, recently announced the top tag art designs from each participating school earning the Award of Distinction designation. The tag art designed by Polk County students is available for purchase by the public at The local community can support their neighborhood elementary school by purchasing tag art online, with all proceeds going back into the classroom for arts education.
Now in its 14th year, the Kids Tag Art program inspires young artists to create their own unique tag art design all while learning the practical application of license plate art to support worthy causes. The program is fashioned after Florida’s 100+ specialty license plates, though none of the tag art from the program can be used as legal identification on the rear bumper of vehicles.
