Join Buffy La Roux as she guides participants inward in this meditation experience incorporating a blend of energy and relaxation modalities, such as crystal bowls, Reiki, positive affirmations and themed guided meditation. Fairies, Tea & Tales at the Tower

Kids can join the Hammock Hollow Fairies for an enchanted tea party and a special interactive story time. Children are encouraged to wear costume attire. Price includes admission for one child ages 4-12 and one adult companion. $15 member child/ $20 non-member child. Additional member adult $5. Additional non-member adult $15.

Meditation with Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls

Experience a sound healing with Reiki Master Kristen Tenpenny through the vibrations of the ancient Tibetan and crystal singing bowls that reduce stress, pain and tension while producing a deep, meditative state. $15 members/$22 non-member. Participants should bring mat, blanket and any other materials that will make your meditation experience more comfortable.
