Arts, Culture & Heritage Application for TDC Sponsorship

Applications Due April 30

The application process for fiscal year 2015-2016 arts, cultural and heritage event sponsorship is now open (covering events taking place October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016). The sponsorship application period closes on Thursday, April 30, 2015, and all completed applications must be received at the PCTSM office by 4:00 p.m. that day – (applications must be in hand and not just postmarked by that date). Any applications received after the deadline will be ineligible for consideration.

To assist applicants, Polk County Tourism & Sports Marketing (PCTSM) will host a Tourist Development Council (TDC) Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee sponsorship application workshop at9:00 am on Tuesday, February 10.

All Polk County arts, cultural and heritage organizations interested in applying for sponsorship funds from the TDC Arts and Culture Committee for events taking place during fiscal year 2015-2016 (October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016) are highly encouraged to attend and workshop attendance is mandatory for all first time applicants.

The meeting will cover the guidelines and process for completing a sponsorship application packet as well as the timeline for the fiscal year 2015-2016 application process.
