Art-i-facts Magazine, the cultural arts publication of the Polk Arts & Cultural Alliance. It is published online, and is distributed to subscribers via mail, through cultural arts locations, venues, chambers of commerce, libraries and visitor centers in Polk County, and through hotels/motels in the region.

DEADLINES for submission of articles, images, potential cover shots, event calendar entries, and advertisements will be posted closer to the deadlines. Deadlines are typically 6-8 weeks before publication.

Sep-Nov 2025 (Fall/Season Preview) issue deadline: Jul 30, 2025
Dec 2025-Feb 2026 (Winter/Holiday) issue deadline: Oct 29, 2025
Mar-May 2026 (Spring/Snowbird) issue deadline: Jan 29, 2026
Jun-Aug 2026 (Summer/Summer Camp) issue deadline: May 1, 2026

The magazines are typically distributed the last week of the month prior to issue publication dates. Reasonable deadline adjustments are made around holidays.

Please do not include printer marks or registrations. The magazine is trimmed to 8.375”w x 10.75”h. Artwork should be CMYK and 300dpi. Preferred method of digital delivery is PDF with fonts embedded, or jpg. No Publisher files.
