From Member Based to Affiliates
The Polk Arts Alliance, dba Polk Arts & Cultural Alliance (PACA) is the designated Local Arts Agency (LAA) for Polk County. As such, PACA advocates for all cultural arts organizations in Polk County and promotes the impact of the Cultural Arts Sector as integral to the quality-of-life in our county.
The Polk Arts & Cultural Alliance actively represents Polk County’s arts and cultural interests to agencies, governments, chambers of commerce and the business community on a national, state and local level.

We are excited to move from a member- based organization to one that embraces all of Polk County’s citizens and arts and cultural organizations as Affiliates at no cost! During this transition, we welcome you to enroll so that you can take advantage of our FREE services which include: Promoting your events and access to our bi-monthly ArtBeat’s digital communication of arts events, free annual listing in the Polk Arts Guide, free digital access to the quarterly Arti-facts magazine, and the opportunity to apply for an Arts and Culture Incentive grant.
