Wayne’s World Meet & Greet Reception

Artist Wayne Chunat is our Gray Gallery Artist from October 1, through November 5. Wayne, a retired naturalist and park superintendent, is a self-taught artist who’s right at home with watercolor, acrylic, oils, pencil, and more. His style varies from tight realism to loose impressionism. He combines photography and museum-study of specimens to keep his work as accurate as possible. He’s a member of Artists for Conservation, a limited-membership organization whose goal is to support wildlife and habitat conservation. He also holds membership in several other prestigious art-focused organizations including the prestigious Miniature Painters, Sculptors and Gravers Society of Washington DC.
