Magazine Deadlines/Publication Dates/Advertising Specifications and Rates:
- The upcoming Art-i-facts Magazine submission deadlines for Fall 2023 through Summer 2024.
- Deadline: July 27, 2023. The Fall/2023-2024 Season Preview issue of the magazine is the most comprehensive magazine for the year, and should include recurring events, exhibitions, performances, and season event calendar items occurring from Sept 2023 – May 2024, or as far out as you know – that means your calendar for the entire 2023-2024 Season. Your 2023-2024 Season updates can be made in subsequent issues (see upcoming deadlines).
- Deadline: Oct 26, 2023. This is for the Winter/Holiday issue of the magazine, and should include recurring events, theatre performances, exhibitions, and season event calendar items occurring from Dec 1, 2023 – Jan 31, 2024.
- Deadline: Dec 28, 2023. This is for the Spring issue of the magazine, and should include recurring events, theatre performances, exhibitions, and season event calendar items occurring from Feb 1 – Apr 30, 2024.
- Deadline: Mar 28, 2024. This is for the Summer issue of the magazine, and should include recurring events, theatre performances, exhibitions, and season event calendar items occurring from May 1 – Aug 30, 2024.

- Submission Info for Cultural Arts Council member nonprofit arts organizations (articles, features, calendar entries, photos, advertising, etc).
